返品・交換について

お客様都合による商品の返品・交換はお受けいたしません。
但し、初期不良品や誤送に限り、以下の条件を全て満たす場合のみ返品・交換をお受けいたします。

About returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer's convenience.
However, we will accept returns and exchanges only if all of the following conditions are met, as long as the initial defective product or misdelivery.

・到着後７日以内に当サイト内CONTACTにてご連絡を頂いた場合
・未使用、タグ付きの場合
・付属品、納品書がある場合

・ If you contact us via CONTACT on this site within 7 days of arrival
・ When unused and tagged
・ If there are accessories and delivery note

当社指定の方法にて返品いただいた場合、商品を正しい物と交換させていただきます。その際に他の商品、色やサイズの交換は出来ません。 商品の在庫が確保できなかった場合に限り、返金にて対応させていただきます。
また、店舗にてご購入いただいた商品に不良があった場合、各店舗にお問い合わせ下さいますようお願いいたします。

返品、交換の方法
商品到着後、7日以内にご注文番号、氏名、住所、電話番号を記載の上、当サイトCONTACTよりご連絡下さい。事前にご連絡のない場合はお断りさせていただくこともございますのでご了承ください。
ご返送の際には、該当の商品、タグ、付属品、納品書を同梱の上、そのままの状態で着払いにてご返送下さい。

ご返品商品到着後クレジットカード会社を通じて返金手続きをします。クレジットカード会社の対応により、ご返金まで時間がかかる場合もありますのであらかじめご了承ください。明細に記載された返金金額にご不明な点がある場合は、クレジットカード会社にご確認ください。
